I like in Heritage Village that it contain all of life styles in UAE in the past. We saw tents that Bedouins who live in desert was use it, also we saw houses of people who lived in mountains and we saw houses of people who lived in coasts . In addition to this there are some places for CRAFTSMANSHIP, for example  made "Dallah" and cups.
Also there is living room "Majlis" like old living rooms, further to this there are shops for spices, however I think the most important thing in the Heritage Village is the small museum because it shows how our grandparents were lived, what the men and women were wear, also it shows the old "brqa'a", Dallah , and the different kind of weapons and arrows, further to this it shows the cooking tools and games. So I would to thank all persons who supported this idea.

Culture and Personality in Anthropology

Read the section about Culture and Personality in Anthropology. Answer these questions about that section:-

1.
Define “Anthropology” in your own words
Study of human's tradition, values and behaviors

2.       What do you understand by “socialization of children” Give an example
It is how the child learn and Acquires his behaviour.
3.       Read this sentence again and give examples of childrearing in different societies and cultures: “socialization creates personality patterns. It helps shape people’s emotions, thoughts, behaviors, cultural values and norms to fit into and function as productive members in the surrounding human society. The study of culture and personality demonstrates that different socialization practices such as childrearing in different societies (cultures) result in different personality types.”
For example : American parents learn their children read books or play scientific games but Arabian parents "Especially in Arabian gulf countries" learn their children video games and ipads
4.       Read this sentence again and say to what extent you agree: “all humans are the same when born, but childrearing in different societies causes deviations in behavior and personalities from each other.”
I don't agree , because every one have his personality and I think the "friends" are the most important thing that can change your behaviour.. for example: are all rich men good persons? are all poor people bad people or thieves?.
5.       Reflect on the reading above. Can you see a link between your culture and your personality? Think about that in relation to your own culture first, and then think about personality and culture in a different society. Reflect. Give examples.
I think yes because I take some of my behaviours from my father and grand father.. for example the "Generosity" UAE's society is known by generosity and I think I have this thing in my behaviour.
